Great experience there. Breakfast was AMAZING, pleasant views, amazing location close enough to all tourist attractions in George Town, outside of old town and the centre of Georgetown. Bright & fairly quiet room, with a safe box and a carpet. Nice design of it.

The hotel's location is fantastic, close to restaurants, eateries, shops, and supermarkets. the room I booked was recently refurbished, spacious, and had a beautiful view.

The units are extremely pleasant and recently refurbished on level 7. The staff are competent and knowledgeable, they assisted us with luggage. The location of the hotel in George Town is perfect and amazing, close to the airport, the bus stops right outside and Miami beach.

I booked the hotel through the net, but when I arrived the my booking wasn't in their system. instead of upgrading me to a better room or whatever, they made me wait for almost 4 hours to get my room ready. But when my room is done, they done even call me even though I've already left my phone no to them. I think this was the worse hotel I ever been to.

The welcome given by all staff was outstanding. The buffet-style breakfast was a real treat with a range of choices from western standards (freshly cooked omelettes or pancakes, porridge) to local cuisine such as Nasi lemak and Beef rendang.Even at 6:00AM.View from our room on the 17th floor was great.
Had to pay a minimum of RM15 for use of a "Business Centre" computer - although this did cover for up to an hour.

Service was very good and attentive to requests. Availability of the sauna was a plus, however pool was small for exercise purposes while adequate for an afternoon splash.

My room has sea view, buffet breakfast is nice, location is close to Nagore Place and Komtar, which has lots of shops and eating outlets and restaurants.
The hotel room is a bit aged, but that is reflected in the price, which is very reasonable
